Not only are his haircuts phenomenal but his shampoos are chefs kiss and the massage chairs that recline at the shampoo bowl are the cherry on top! After a truly awful haircut I had avoided any kind of salon for two years. I was incredibly nervous about trusting anyone with my hair again, but decided to book a consultation with Raymond after looking into Orange Salon.

From the first appointment, he carefully listened to my concerns and understood exactly what I wanted (and what I didn’t). He assured me that if I was ever unsure at any point in the process, then I should voice my concerns and we could change things up from there. I never had the chance to, because Raymond always got it right the first time! He let me tell him what I wanted and he offered suggestions (always good!) but NEVER forced any of them on me. Every single cut he’s given me has been flawless. They’re consistent, stylish, and perfectly suited to my face and lifestyle.

What I appreciate most is the care and attention he brings to every appointment. It’s not just a haircut; it’s a personalized experience to have you walk out feeling your most confident!

I only go to Orange in Millbury and have for years. Paul is who I see and he is fantastic! Today I came in with my Mom who’s on a fixed budget and would not let me pay. I approached Kristen and asked for her help to pay for half of the visit before Mom was done. She not only helped me but secretly handed my card back to me. It was so kind. Thank you Kristen! Your kindness helped my Mom keep her independence while allowing me to help her.
