Cancellations Policy
At Orange Salon we value our guests’ time & our stylists’ schedules. To help us provide the best possible service to everyone, we kindly ask for your understanding & cooperation with the following policy:
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments
We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations
Same-day rescheduling may result in a fee
No-shows/no-calls will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service
If you wish to downgrade or remove services from your visit, we ask that you notify us in advance so we can adjust the timing accordingly
We appreciate your support in keeping our scheduling fair & efficient for all guests. Thank you for your understanding!
Cell Phones
We welcome you to enjoy our complimentary WIFI while in the salon. We kindly ask you keep your phone on silent or vibrate & keep all phone conversations to a minimum for consideration of other guests. Earbuds/earphones are an excellent way to enjoy your favorite Netflix show while processing.
Returns
We guarantee our retail products 100%. If you’re not happy with a product, you can exchange it within 14 days of the purchase date & we’ll find you something you’ll love.
Adjustments
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we are happy to make adjustments. Please contact us within 7 days of the original service date. Changes in style or color from the initial consultation agreement are not considered an adjustment. If another service was performed elsewhere, our adjustment policy is considered null & void. We do not offer refunds for any hair/waxing service.
