Receptionists

The reception desk is the face of the salon. Outstanding customer service is a must. Responsibilities include greeting all clients, attending to their needs, retail sales and stock, booking appointments and various flexible tasks. Ideal applicants have superior communication skills, are well dressed and detail oriented. Experience preferred as well as any hospitality experience.

Assistants

Assistants are vital team members in a busy salon. This is the time to learn everything you possibly can and to be in receiving mode. Responsibilities include every possible aspect of customer service, all aspects of supporting daily operations of the salon, and attending all educational classes. No exceptions. Ideal applicants will possess an open minded attitude and will be ready to learn.
