Paul Lemieux

Master Stylist / Colorist

Paul opened Orange Salon in 2009 and has been styling hair for 33 years. Education and life experience include summers spent at Sassoon London, Toni & Guy London, Board Certified by The American Board of Certified Hair Colorists, The Redken Exchange NYC, Jacques Dessange Paris, Goldwell USA, Yuko Japanese Straightening LA, Wella Studios USA, photoshoots and fashion shows for many years working in Boston and more.

His motto is "Patience and kindness in all things" and he tries to spread a little cheer and humor everywhere he goes. His life is devoted to Orange Salon's guests and team, his dogs, summer in Italy and cooking.

Aria Pashko

Salon Assistant

Aria started her hairstylist journey in 2023 & joined the Orange Salon team in 2024. Aria is currently part of the Orange Salon Stylist Training Program honing her skills in all aspects of dimensional color, haircutting, formal occasion styles & guest handling.

Always eager to learn & grow, Aria is fully immersed in her training & is constantly honing her skills under the guidance of our seasoned stylists. Her ultimate goal is to become a successful, in-demand hairstylist known for creating beautiful, confidence-boosting looks for every guest.

When Aria is not in the salon, you can find her spending time with family & friends.

Kenzie Gillon

Salon Assistant / New Talent

Kenzie is a dedicated salon assistant who began her journey in the beauty industry after completing cosmetology school, bringing both passion & a strong foundation of knowledge to her role.

Since joining the Orange Salon team in 2023, she has been hands-on in all aspects of the salon, gaining real-world experience in guest services, color applications & trends, and haircutting techniques.

Whether Kenzie’s mixing color, observing advanced techniques, or supporting the stylists & guests, she approaches every task with curiosity & commitment. Her goal is to build a well-rounded understanding of the craft as she works toward becoming a confident, full-time stylist.

With over 18 years in the beauty industry, Annamaria is a passionate stylist who thrives on building guest relationships & collaborating in a team-driven environment. A former salon owner & educator, she specializes in haircutting, barbering & lightening services. Tomas Ngo

Tom first joined our team in 2018, bringing passion & creativity to every guest experience. After taking time to grow as an independent stylist, explore new opportunities, he returned to the Orange Salon team in 2025—and we couldn’t be happier to have him back.

Specializing in lived-in color & blonding, Tom has also served as a color educator & brand ambassador, sharing his deep knowledge & love for his craft with both guests & fellow stylists. His hair journey began in 6th grade, driven by the belief that hair is a crown we wear every day—and he feels honored to help others wear theirs with confidence & beauty.

When he’s not behind the chair, you’ll find Tom diving into his favorite passions: fitness, travel, journaling & studying Italian. His dedication to personal growth mirrors the care he puts into every transformation.

Reagan has been behind the chair since 2022 & joined the Orange Salon team in 2024. Reagan specializes in formal occasion styling, both long & short hair styles & hair extensions. Reagan is passionate about expressing creativity through the art of hairstyling by crafting formal occasion hairstyles, intricate braids, dimensional colors & transforming hair with extensions; enhancing length, volume & versatility.

When Reagan is not behind the chair she is spending time with her animals, Friday night dinners with family & binge watching her favorite shows.

Ray is also a health & fitness enthusiast, he enjoys gardening & spending time with his partner & his dogs, Sophie & Madison.

Jenn has been behind the chair since 2005, bringing nearly two decades of experience, skill, and passion to her craft. After graduating from cosmetology, she began her journey in the beauty industry & has been a valued part of the Orange Salon team since 2013.

Jenn specializes in foiling & loves the creativity & calm it brings—calling it her version of therapy. Known for her attention to detail & commitment to make guests feel their best, Jenn creates customized looks that reflect each guest’s unique style.

Outside the salon, Jenn enjoys what she calls “retail therapy,” living a healthy lifestyle, & spending quality time with her beloved dog, Remy.
