With more than 35 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Jeff brings a wealth of talent, creativity, and expertise to the team at Orange Salon. As an American Board Certified Hair Colorist, he specializes in customized color techniques designed to enhance each guest’s individual style while delivering beautiful, confidence-boosting results.

Throughout his career, Jeff has worn many hats — salon owner, platform artist, educator, and mentor — experiences that have shaped his thoughtful approach to both hairdressing and guest care. His passion for education and artistry has allowed him to inspire fellow stylists while continually evolving with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.

Known for his exceptional precision cutting and well-rounded technical skillset, he believes that a great haircut is the foundation of every beautiful style. Whether creating seamless color, polished cuts, or complete transformations, his goal is always to help guests feel their absolute best.

From dance recitals to salon life, her love for the beauty industry started at home. Growing up, her father was the one doing her hair and makeup for special events, inspiring the passion that eventually led her to Orange Salon.

As an Assistant and Front Desk Host, she enjoys learning something new every day and loves being part of a team dedicated to helping guests look and feel their best. Her favorite part of the industry is seeing how confidence can be transformed through great hair and beauty services.

When she's away from the salon, you'll likely find her cooking up something delicious, baking sweet treats, curled up with a good book, singing along to her favorite songs, or spending time horseback riding.

She's especially excited to continue learning color services and exploring the world of hair extensions. Looking ahead, she hopes to build her skills in bridal hairstyling and makeup, helping create beautiful, memorable moments for brides on their big day.

Kat Precobb

Reception

As one of the first friendly faces you'll see when you walk through our doors, Kat loves creating meaningful connections with every guest who visits the salon. Her genuine passion for helping others and making someone's day a little brighter shines through in every interaction.

When she's not at the salon, Kat stays busy balancing her studies as she works toward earning both a Bachelor's degree in Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with plans to graduate in Spring 2027. A dedicated hockey player, she brings the same teamwork, energy, and determination from the rink to her role at the front desk.

Whether she's welcoming guests, cheering on her hockey team, or tackling her coursework, Kat is driven by a desire to help others and create positive experiences. She takes pride in making every guest feel welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Leah LeClair

Salon Assistant

Leah joined our team in December 2025 after graduating from hair school in August 2025, bringing with her a lifelong love for all things hair and fashion. From a young age, she knew this industry was exactly where she was meant to be.

She is especially passionate about highlighting and loves creating bright, dimensional looks that help guests feel like the very best version of themselves. Inspiring confidence in others is what drives her every day behind the chair.

When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find Leah relaxing with her pets or in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes.

Since graduating from cosmetology school in 2017, Dennise has devoted her career to the art of hairdressing. She spent seven years refining her expertise in a respected local salon, developing a reputation for her precision in haircutting and mastery of dimensional color. With an eye for detail and a natural sense of balance, she specializes in creating tailored cuts, seamless highlighting, and personalized color palettes that enhance each guest’s unique features and natural beauty.

For Dennise, hairstyling has never been just a profession—it has always been a calling. Her approach is rooted in both creativity and technical skill, ensuring every guest leaves her chair with a look that feels refined, effortless, and entirely their own.

Ellie is one of the first friendly faces you'll see when you walk into Orange Salon. As both a front desk host & salon assistant, she loves creating a welcoming atmosphere while also diving into the world of beauty behind the chair.

Her passion for helping people feel confident & beautiful inspired her to pursue cosmetology. She officially earner her license in August 2025, & will graduate from high school in May 2026. Balancing school & her career, she is eager to continue learning, growing, & practicing her craft every day.

When she's not in the salon, Ellie enjoys spending time with her family & practicing new skills on her friends. Ellie is always looking for ways to refine her techniques & bring her creativity to life.

Desirae Calnan

Stylist / Colorist / Har Extension Certified

Hair runs in Desirae's blood; literally. Coming from a long line of hairstylists, including her grandmother, great-grandmother, and two aunts, she knew by middle school she was destined for the salon. After graduating high school in 2021, she's been perfecting her craft ever since.

Specializing in natural-looking color, soft balayage, and seamless babylights, Desirae has a gift for creating hair that looks effortlessly beautiful and grows out flawlessly. She also loves layered haircuts that add movement and bring a fresh, flattering shape to every style.

When she's not behind the chair, you'll find her at the gym, spending time with friends, or finding any excuse to dress up & have fun.

When Jenna is not in the salon, you'll find her hanging out with her two pups, Gunner & Oreo, spending time with her boyfriend & family, diving into a good book, or treating herself to a little retail therapy.

Jenna is thrilled to be stepping into the world of beauty where she get to do what she loves every day; helping others feel confident, radiant & truly beautiful.

Paul Lemieux

Master Stylist / Colorist

Paul opened Orange Salon in 2009 and has been styling hair for 33 years. Education and life experience include summers spent at Sassoon London, Toni & Guy London, Board Certified by The American Board of Certified Hair Colorists, The Redken Exchange NYC, Jacques Dessange Paris, Goldwell USA, Yuko Japanese Straightening LA, Wella Studios USA, photoshoots and fashion shows for many years working in Boston and more.

His motto is "Patience and kindness in all things" and he tries to spread a little cheer and humor everywhere he goes. His life is devoted to Orange Salon's guests and team, his dogs, summer in Italy and cooking.

Aria Pashko

Salon Assistant

Aria started her hairstylist journey in 2023 & joined the Orange Salon team in 2024. Aria is currently part of the Orange Salon Stylist Training Program honing her skills in all aspects of dimensional color, haircutting, formal occasion styles & guest handling.

Always eager to learn & grow, Aria is fully immersed in her training & is constantly honing her skills under the guidance of our seasoned stylists. Her ultimate goal is to become a successful, in-demand hairstylist known for creating beautiful, confidence-boosting looks for every guest.

Shayla began her hair styling career in 2017. Before joining the Orange Salon team in 2024, Shayla received hands-on training from 2 local salons.
